MindShield ... Mind-Body Bridging 

Mind-Body Bridging is a technique developed by researchers in the 1990s, recommended for individuals who have experienced trauma. Regular exposure to trauma can cause the fight, flight, or freeze mode to stay "on," making our bodies believe there is a threat even when none is present. Mind-Body Bridging provides techniques to help the brain support and heal itself.

MindShield is based on Mind-Body Bridging. It is effective because it views BrainBurn™ and trauma as training issues rather than mental health problems. MindShield is a research-backed mindfulness intervention designed for first responders, emergency personnel, and anyone who has experienced frequent or intense stress or trauma in their lives.
